Our response to this is to include opportunities for creative reflection and thinking. Often what emerges from these times will be action (or even renewed understanding). But the outcome is not the aim. The aim is to allow ourselves time to reflect - so that our own creativity can emerge. You can explore examples of how we do this using the links on the left.

An
important aim of Breathing Space is to give people Space. The world often
seems to be spinning faster and our lives are filled with more things to do.
More pressures. We think that it is important to take time, to mull over ideas
in order to get our creative juices really flowing.
